To develop Commerce professionals with specialized skills and applied competencies in theoretical and practical knowledge I the field of commerce, that will cater the contemporary needs of industry.

To understand role of regulatory bodies in corporate and financial sectors and create awareness of law and legalizations related to commerce and business.
